4 Simple Ways to Get Back into the Fitness Routine for ‘16

  • Eat a healthy diet: There is no quick-fix for lifelong health, so save the money and skip the latest juice cleanse! There are many helpful ways to track your diet too, and plenty of smartphone apps to help novices and experienced exercisers alike make healthy choices while grocery shopping. Indulge in the occasional splurge, but be mindful of what poor choices are doing to the body.
  • Get moving: Can’t run a 5K yet? Don’t throw in the towel! Find a fitness routine that works and grow to the goal. Make it one that incorporates both strength and cardio training.
