- Find Balance: Diets should never be about avoiding certain foods, or loading up on others! It should be about moderation, and a complete understanding of what you are putting into your body. A balanced diet will give your body all it needs to be happy and healthy.
- Make It Enjoyable: Find a diet and exercise plan that you will enjoy, and stick with it! Forcing yourself to eat specific foods or take part in activities you do not like can stand in the way of your success and happiness. Don’t change your lifestyle the wrong way. Find what works for you and enjoy it. The only way to stick with a diet and stay healthy for years is to like the change and make it permanent.
